Qui té els drets d'autor del meu TFG/TFM ?
Segons la Normativa sobre els drets de propietat industrial i intel·lectual de la UPC (CG/2018/08/05 del 20/11/2018), correspon als estudiants l’autoria i els drets d’explotació dels seus TFG i TFM, així com la titularitat i els drets d'explotació de les invencions que hagin desenvolupat.
Com autor del treball, podràs atorgar una llicència Creative Commons gràcies a la qual, facilitaràs l'ús indicant a la persona que la utilitza de quins permisos disposa per fer-ho i sota quines condicions. Recorda que, com més visible és el teu treball, més fàcil és detectar un mal ús que algú altre en pugui fer.
La UPC té reservat un dret d’ús per a activitats acadèmiques, docents i de recerca sobre aquests treballs i invencions.
L'explotació dels treballs subjectes a convenis amb empreses està supeditada a les clàusules que determinin la confidencialitat i/o titularitat de la propietat industrial i intel·lectual sobre els resultats.

Who owns the copyright of my TFG / TFM?
According to the Regulations on the industrial and intellectual property rights of the UPC (CG / 2018/08/05 of 20/11/2018), the authorship and exploitation rights of their TFG and TFM belong to students. The ownership and exploitation rights of the inventions students create and develop is theirs as well.
As the author of your academic work, you will be able to grant a Creative Commons license, which will make your thesis easier to read and use; this license establishes what type of permissions and under what conditions your academic work can be used.
Remember that the more visible your work is, the easier it is to detect misuse as well.
The UPC has been granted a right of use to these works and inventions for academic, educational, and research purposes.
The exploitation of works subject to agreements with companies is subject to the clauses that determine the confidentiality and / or ownership of industrial and intellectual property over their results.
